1. 1—You should use Network Performance Monitor to monitor network traffic. You can also use this to monitor network traffic across an ExpressRoute connection.
2. 2—You don't need to install the Log Analytics agent on all the on-premise servers. You only need to install the agent for each network subnet, so you need to install at least four agents.
3. 2—No—the network monitor is only capable of monitoring traffic generated from Azure to the on-premise network and not the other way around. You need to monitor all of the traffic on all of your networks.
