Creating a new project and project templates

As you have seen, projects are the core of ArcGIS Pro. They contain all things a user needs to complete GIS tasks required for the project. ArcGIS Pro will not even allow you to open the application without designating a project to open. So far, you have been working with existing projects in ArcGIS Pro.

These projects have already been set up and are ready for you to use. They have included maps, 3D scenes, and various connections. So, how do you create a new project from scratch?
