Google reviews
By adding Google reviews to your dashboard widgets, you can automatically capture and store customer reviews and ratings, allowing your team to track and respond to feedback more effectively. This integration streamlines the process of monitoring customer satisfaction, helping you improve your products or services and enhancing overall customer relationships.
How to do it…
- From your dashboard, scroll down until you see the Reviews widget:

- Click on the Connect to Google My Business link on the widget.
- Choose the profile you want to connect to.
- Review the permission values being established and then click the Allow button.
How it works…
You can now copy the review link and use it in your automations or directly request a review by clicking on the Request a review button and selecting a contact.
