The application catalog service has revolutionized the way applications are deployed into the cloud by cutting the burden of infrastructure details complexity. Murano has brought an abstraction layer between the OpenStack infrastructure and third-party services. This is like a PaaS and IaaS marriage in OpenStack that has boosted the development of applications in the cloud to the next era and simplified the process of deploying, managing, and browsing a ready-state release of an application.
