There are additional settings in the SharePoint admin center that can also be used to block or limit access. To access those settings, navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com | Admin Centers | SharePoint | Access control, as shown in the following screenshot:
The Access Control settings provide you with more fine-grained control over how users can access content in the service, specifically in the following areas:
- Unmanaged devices
- Idle session sign-out
- Network locations
- Apps that don't use modern authentication
