Using OneDrive's built-in Office Lens
Office Lens is a mobile application that has been integrated with OneDrive. It allows the user to scan texts and documents with a cellphone camera. The process is very simple and intuitive. It also helps to correct various problems, such as the angle and lighting of a photograph.
The main advantage of Office Lens over any other scanner application for mobile is that it is already connected to 365 through OneDrive:

In addition to angle corrections, filters can also be applied to make the scanned image text more readable. The same resource can be used to capture a whiteboard.
