Understanding the observability implementation workflow
Once an organization has decided to implement observability, the rollout must be done in two stages. The first stage is preparing and planning the organizational change, and the second stage is the implementation.
Preparation – organization-wide change
The first stage of the observability journey is to prepare the organization for the transition, if required. This includes changing the vision, strategy, organization structure, processes, tools, and so on, and, more importantly, preparing the employees of the organization for the disruption as well as the opportunities this transition offers.
