Integrating with the Office 365 platform can be approached from several different perspectives. We've already seen the power and capability of using connectors to link your business apps and data. You can also extend the platform with additional Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) apps that can be directly integrated into your environment.
Integrated apps rely on granting some level of access to identity and data inside your Office 365 environment—either as an admin or end user. There are different tasks that you may need to follow for this to work, depending on the type of app or add-in you are deploying:
