Stop and answer the following statements with just one of the words in the Scale of Words. Remember, the more honest your answers are, the better understanding you will have of your meeting approach. That will allow you to make the best choices of actions to take for improvement.

Always: 10 points
The higher your score, the more effective you are at leading meetings and participation. The lower your score, the more you need to examine when to either amp up your preparation for meetings or increase your extroverting during your meetings.
