Configuring Gaia using CLISH
You should be reading this section after completing the First-Time Configuration using the CLI section of Chapter 5, Gaia OS, the First Time Configuration Wizard, and an Introduction to the Gaia Portal (WebUI).
The interactive session segments depicted next illustrate the CLI configuration of Gaia. I am explicitly showing it this way instead of simply listing commands to highlight the interactive aspects of some of the commands. For example, the add user
command produces a warning about additional steps that are required to define the user account, and set user <username> password
prompts you for a password and verification. It is also a good idea to start typing commands by hand using the Tab key for autocompletion, where appropriate, to develop a muscle memory and to increase your comfort level with CLISH.
