Publishing REST
In the previous section, we discussed the concept of consuming a REST API and some of the artifacts that are native to Mendix to help accomplish that. In this section, we will look at the other side of that, that is, publishing a REST API for others to consume.
Eventually, you will wish to make some of your data available to other applications or services. One way to accomplish this is to publish a REST API, which other applications or services can consume. Thankfully, Mendix makes it really easy to accomplish this in a few simple steps.
