Conclusion

This chapter has discussed, in detail, how important the communication process between the client and partner is to a successful project. The D365 deployment can only be done correctly if everyone is on board with the end goal the project will produce. Sometimes it will be easy to agree on the solution, and at other times, it might be more difficult. But being a well-rounded SA can help you navigate any differences between you and the client and still come up with a viable solution. Most importantly, understanding all of the end-to-end business processes, with their requirements, will allow this process to be easier.

It comes down to trust. Both sides must trust that each is doing its best. If you have that, then you’ve solved several of the problems ahead of time.
