Batch Standards Checker

You can batch-check your files for compliant CAD Standards. Using the Batch Standards Checker, you can use the associated standards (.DWS) files or check the standards with a new selection of standards (.DWS) files. The Batch Standards Checker also allows you to check the attached reference files:

1. Using Windows Start | AutoCAD 2025, select the Batch Standards Checker utility.
2. Using the Batch Standards Checker dialog, start with the Drawings tab, click the Add Drawings button , and select the following files:

   ..\ACAD_TipsTechniques\Exercise_Files\Chapter 11\11-2_Project 2.dwg and 11-2_Project 3.dwg

3. Select the Standards tab, and select the option to Check all drawings using the following standards files.
4. Click the Add Standards button and select the following files:

   XYZ_Layers.dws, XYZ_Linetypes.dws and XYZ_Annotation.dws

5. Select the Plug-ins tab and verify that all plug-ins are selected and enabled as needed.
