What we didn’t cover
An introductory book about Archicad cannot possibly cover everything this software has to offer. The Archicad manual PDF is well over 1,000 pages long and is replaced with online help, which is a complete inventory and documentation for every tool, menu, dialog, and integrated add-in that Archicad provides.
When you think about Archicad as a design tool for architects, we have covered most of what you need to be ready for effective modeling, presentations, layouts, and even visualization. However, we couldn’t cover some of the more advanced functionalities, which all relate to information management, parametric design, automation, and multi-disciplinary design and collaboration.
That said, here is a brief list of things we encourage you to research further, using the resources mentioned. There is enough content here to cover a few more books about Archicad:
