Simplifying development with page builders


Page builder is a set of components that simplifies the process of content creation or building the features of the site. These components allow developers to build complex interfaces in super-quick time by choosing and configuring built-in components. Page builders were initially used for simplifying content creation with pre-built design elements. However, page builders have now evolved into a state where we can use the existing components to add advanced site features such as form management, searchable google maps, parallax images, and videos.

Until recently, developers used the page builders included in themes, as well as free and premium page builder plugins. WordPress has introduced a block-based content builder called Gutenberg. At this stage, Gutenberg editor supports content editing with a basic set of elements. Currently, it's nowhere near the features offered by popular page builders such as Elementor, Beaver Builder, and Visual Composer...
