Use case – dashboards for the big screen
The target user for this use case is the operations team.
This set of dashboards serves a similar purpose with the previous use case (managing the overall SDDC) because typically you would show the key indicators for both. There are, however, differences in the implementation. For the operations team control center, where key operations information is displayed on a large screen dashboard, the following key characteristics apply:
There is no interaction, as there is no user clicking on any part of the dashboard.
The dashboards will automatically cycle every 1 minute. You can modify this time period, add more dashboards, and change the order.
The dashboards show minimal information, typically with large numbers. They do not show detailed charts as that is hard to read from afar. Ideally,all the numbers are in percentage, with 0 being bad and 100 being perfect.
