Searching the Full Path Queue
Usually the pairing process is carried out on a limited basis. This means that a single spreadsheet is paired (or not) with a record of heading definitions found in the ssdef table.
However, it is possible to search the entire path queue rather than looking for a hit on just one spreadsheet. Doing a full path queue search can save a lot of time when processing many spreadsheets.
One more note on the ssdef table: it is generally a fairly simple table. However, on occasion, it is worthwhile to verify that no duplicate records have been entered into the ssdef table. If duplicate records find their way into the ssdef table, there can be a confusion of processing, especially when searching the full path queue. To avoid that confusion it is wise to occasionally scan the ssdef table to ensure that no duplicate records have been inadvertently entered.
