EasyLanguage for Machine Learning
Artificial intelligence (AI), when applied to financial markets, is a vast field. However, in my experience, while AI is fascinating from a programming perspective, not all AI tools are suitable for guaranteeing financial performance in the real market, with many of them more theoretical than practical.
This chapter aims to provide you with tools that, based on my experience, can be used effectively in market trading; any theoretical discussion about AI applied to financial markets is beyond the scope of this book.
In this chapter, we’ll explore a specific area within AI tools – machine learning for pattern recognition. We will then demonstrate how EasyLanguage, although not as advanced as Python, can serve as a valuable tool for traders to integrate advanced learning logic into TradeStation’s suite, without the need for specialized data science competencies.
