Setting up the scenario
The role of an SA is very dynamic. An SA is not someone who sits behind the desk the whole day. They have to interact with many different teams. Effective human interaction is one of the key soft skills an SA should possess.
Let’s try to visualize this using a scenario. You are assigned to a new project for a banking client. Today is the first day to report to the client’s California office. You are at the reception, waiting for someone to sign you in from the client’s RPA team. The moment you step into the client’s office, that is the time you start your study of the lay of the land.
First, you meet your client manager who greets you at the reception, and you start your conversation so you can get to know them better. Now, I am not trying to give any communication advice but trying to emphasize how important it is for an SA to communicate effectively
