Contributing to a COE
A COE is a group or a team that is responsible for sharing best practices, setting up guidelines, sharing project knowledge, and providing governance, leadership, support, and training to specific groups. It is a centralized body and works in a shared capacity. In the RPA world, the COE plays a very important role in streamlining processes and providing guidance. An SA is responsible for helping with technical guidance and providing best practices for design, development, and deployment. The SA becomes an integral part of a COE and has to contribute to the overall growth of the COE by documenting the guidelines and procedures, which can then be used in various projects by the teams.
