Creating a user request PDF

For this project, we will create a simple input user request PDF. To do that, we'll create a simple Excel file with the following rows: 

Let's then save this Excel file as a PDF by going to the Save As option. This should give you a simple PDF with the following content:

We are converting and using PDF files since user requests usually come as PDFs. It also helps you understand how you can read PDF files for automation within A2019. 

Now that we have the input file created, let's go to Freshsales and ensure that we are set up.
