WebLogic server configurations
It is better to learn some configurations related to the WebLogic server so that we will be in a position to find issues related to deployment, and analyze the issues related to the server. We will see some of the basic settings that are very useful for debugging issues in an ADF web application.
Domain
The WebLogic domain is the logical place where all the servers, including the admin server, are located. The domain is like a home for all servers and clusters and will include configurations that will directly affect the settings in the servers.
For the integrated server, a domain named DefaultDomain
is automatically created. The Domain Configurations section in the Admin console is used to configure domain-related settings. Some common settings of interest are Production Mode, Log File Location, Log File rotation directory, Security, and Control, among others.
