Understanding Moodle’s app plans

In this section, you will learn about the different app subscriptions offered by Moodle. The choice depends on the features you require, the number of active devices, and, as always, your budget.

Important note

The Moodle iOS and Android apps are free without any in-app purchases or hidden costs.

Moodle offers four plans to support different features and restrictions:

Free: Basic feature set, almost no customization options, limited to 50 active devices for push notifications per month, up to two offline courses per device, and no branding options.
Plus: Full feature set, some customization options, limited to 500 active devices for push notifications per month, up to four offline courses per device, and no branding options.
