Summary
In this chapter, we learned in detail how to write great bug reports, what is appropriate information to include, and how it should be laid out. We learned what the difference is between severity and priority and how we should determine them. Lastly, we became familiar with several different bug report layouts and compared a well-written against a poorly-written bug report.
In the next chapter, we will look into the testing approach and review testing in agile teams and learn more about testing strategies.
