Microsoft Power Automate is part of the Power Platform and serves as the automation platform within Office 365. Flow, unlike its predecessor applications, such as SharePoint Designer, is completely browser-based and also accessible through the Microsoft Power Automate mobile app, which is available for both iOS and Android devices. PowerApps is built upon Azure Logic Apps, but the key difference is that it is accessible through the Office 365 portal (portal.office.com) and it targets business users rather than developers. Azure Logic Apps is accessible through the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) and are normally used by developers as there are more options with which to edit the underlying code compared to Flow.
