Technical requirements
In order to follow along and get the most out of this chapter, you'll need to meet a few licensing prerequisites. Specifically, you'll need licenses for the following applications:
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Microsoft Forms
- Tasks by Planner and To Do
You'll also need global admin rights (or appropriate delegated rights) to your Microsoft 365 tenant for the purposes of assigning any necessary licenses or administering team and group creation.
Note for Government Community Cloud Customers
It's important to note that this solution as presented will currently only work in the Microsoft 365 Commercial cloud environment. Power Automate, as deployed in the Government Community Cloud, does not support Teams bot actions.
