One of the challenges of a platform such as Captivate Prime is to keep learners actively engaged over long periods of time. This is especially true in today's over-connected world, where all of us are already surrounded by an increasing number of social media platforms, messaging applications, file sharing tools, video conferencing systems, and more in both our personal and professional lives.
To meet this challenge, you learned that Captivate Prime sends emails whenever an event occurs on the platform. Almost every Captivate Prime event triggers the sending of two email messages: one to the relevant learner and one to the learner's manager.
