To track the metrics for measuring the performance of our educational content-sharing platform, Escola, we will start by defining the short to the mid-term goal that we want to measure. Then, we will identify all the metrics required to measure that goal. And finally, we will explain the target for all the specified metrics. But before that, let's recap a few things that we had identified and discussed in relation to our platform:
- Business strategy: We need to target uncharted producers and consumers by increasing the total user base.
- Growth strategy focus: We should focus on both the student and educator sides.
- Onboarding strategy: We should offer special incentives and prices for educators to join and share content on the Escola platform. We should also run heavy marketing campaigns on campuses for students to join Escola.
