Moving from local to global was tricky, and not just due to process consolidation needs and other significant delivery-oriented tasks. Having great methodologies, supportive management, and trusted relationships with stakeholders played a vital part.
Not everything went smoothly from the beginning, though. While I praise the adaptability of our team members, we struggled with landing the change with business stakeholders. Let me reflect on an episode that seems funny now but, at the time, was a tough call for action, with tangible learning at the end.
