Usually, VMware does not track the exact numbers of each certification and each path.
There is an exception for the VCDX level. Because it's an elite level, there is a certification portal called VCDX Directory (https://vcdx.vmware.com/), with all of the details of each VCDX.

VMware sometimes publishes stats on the other certifications.
