Managing resume files


Resume files are manageable from both the Jobs! admin panel and Jobseeker panel. The Jobseeker panel will allow only managing the resume files of a specific jobseeker.

Viewing resume files

To view resume files from the Jobs! Pro admin panel:

  1. 1. Click on List Resumes Files.

  2. 2. The List Resumes Files window will open; you will see a list of resume files in this window.

Adding a new resume file

To add or upload a new resume file:

  1. 1. Click on Add New File in the List Resume Files window.

The Add New File window opens. In this window, you need to provide some basic information first, such as the following:

  • File Owner: Specify the jobseeker you are uploading the resume file for. Select the username of the jobseeker in the drop-down list. You will see a letter J with the jobseeker's username, which helps you to identify a jobseeker.

  • File Notes: You can write a short note for the new resume file within the 255 character limit. This note will not be visible to the user. It will...
