Roles and responsibilities
In this section, we will identify the different personas and roles that would be part of the Digital Twin initiatives. One of the standard ways to represent roles and responsibilities is with a RACI matrix. The origin of the acronym RACI is from the four major responsibilities:
- Responsible
- Accountable
- Consulted
- Informed
The level of ownership decreases down the list, as shown in Figure 3.5:
