Submitting a new transaction

Now that Pedro has performed sufficient query checks about CAR0001, he wishes to use the car trading application as follows:

• To submit a new transaction to the car-trading network to purchase the car
• To submit a new transaction to the vehicle-registration network to update the purchased car registration details
• To submit a new transaction to the insurance network to insure the car
