What is Acuity Scheduling?

In the simplest terms, Acuity Scheduling is Squarespace’s built-in tool giving users the ability to see a calendar of your availability in order to purchase your time or book it for free. If you’ve ever booked a hair appointment online or selected a time in someone’s calendar for a meeting, you’ve used similar technology – in fact, there is a very real possibility you’ve used Acuity without even knowing it! Before it was acquired and integrated as a Squarespace tool in 2019, Acuity was a standalone company, powering some of the early scheduling technology we use and love today.
