In this chapter, you have briefly experienced the capabilities of the LayOut application, which comes with SketchUp Pro. You can use it to set up drawings from a SketchUp model or compose a 2D collage out of various source images.

You've learned how to create custom drawing borders to give your documents a professional appearance and how to use SketchUp scenes and styles to show your 3D model on paper. You set the viewport scale of your SketchUp model to an accurate value and added text and dimensions. You also looked at the preparation of slideshows for output on a projector and how to arrange a mix of SketchUp views, renders, and other images.
