Mission briefing

A Connect Four game is a two-player game where the objective is to connect four coins of the same color in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal fashion (more information is available at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connect_Four). We will install the necessary software packages and add all the necessary accessories to make a desktop prototype. The Connect Four game in this project is based on the book Making Games with Python & Pygame (http://inventwithpython.com/makinggames.pdf). This desktop game is a great start for people who are trying to getting started with electronics as a hobby.

When we finish this project, our cabinet will be something like the one shown in the following image:
