VMware Skyline's breakthrough of being able to dramatically transform our visibility of the customer's environment has many benefits. If we know and understand what our customers are doing, we can more readily engage with them proactively, in order to provide assistance and guidance. We can start to focus on the core problems when supporting them, so that we do not only rely on the symptoms that our customers describe. This drives confidence as we build and strengthen those relationships. At the core of VMware Skyline is a focus on transforming the customer experience, and the key way that we can do so is by building customer intimacy. We can start to focus on the core issues of customers with these reliable data rather then relying only on the symptoms or, customer's inputs.
