Why is psychology an important consideration for AI?

By now, you may have begun to suspect why psychology is an integral part of the development of artificial intelligence. Psychology is important because it teaches us about the fundamental reasoning behind how humans think and behave. Therefore, it makes sense for us to find ways to incorporate this into our designs when it comes to personalizing, customizing, and automating experiences for users.
