Measuring the success of solution architects
Similar to the measurement framework, which is used for measuring enterprise architects, another Lean and simple framework-based approach is recommended for measuring solution architects' success. This measurement framework is aligned with the five objectives we discussed earlier in the Maximizing value and eliminating flow barriers section. Solution architects, together with their key stakeholders, review the architect's performance on a relative scale in a retrospective meeting-style environment.
