He is a Certified Cost Engineer, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, and "Managing Successful Programmes" Registered Practitioner. Paul has worked extensively in the project controls industry, helping numerous companies across various sectors establish and manage project controls systems. He runs Eastwood Harris Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based consulting and training company specializing in Microsoft Project and Primavera software. Paul has authored several user guides and training manuals for Primavera and Microsoft Project, aimed at professional project managers and schedulers. His books integrate project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK® Guide with software applications, including his work on Primavera P6.
