Preparation for troubleshooting
As troubleshooting is not a science, it's an art form, and behind every issue there is a cause so you must prepare a plan for the situation. Our action is most important whenever we start looking to resolve any technical issues.
Let's assume some user has reported a performance issue with a particular application that is published through Citrix XenApp 6.5. Now, in this situation, there will be two possibilities: one is that you are already aware of such issues (if it is, then you will get it solved quickly) and the second possibility is that it is the first time you are facing such an issue in your career.
Now, here you as a Citrix administrator start troubleshooting on a reported issue. But before starting troubleshooting on any new problem, we should follow some troubleshooting processes to get a quick resolution of the reported issue.
