Using Zoom calling features
After a Zoom Phone call has connected, additional features are available that can assist you in handling your live phone calls. Let’s walk through these features in greater detail.
How to do it…
Once your call has connected, the Zoom Phone window will change to additional features that are available to use during the call.
Click on any feature pictured in the following figure to utilize during your live call:

- Mute: Click to mute and unmute the phone call.
- Keypad: Use to enter DTMF commands during a call.
- Audio: Use this to change which devices are used during the call, such as a speaker and microphone.
- Add call: Use this to add additional people to make your phone call a conferencing call.
- Hold: Places the current call on hold.
- Transfer: Allows you to transfer the current call to another device or number.
