Using slides as a Virtual Background
Presenting content is a very powerful tool when using Zoom. One of the best tools to use when presenting is Microsoft PowerPoint. You can use PowerPoint to create stunning visual slide decks, with slides that have text, graphics, and even video and audio all in one application. Zoom allows you to harness the ability of PowerPoint to present both your slides and your camera video feed at the same time! How to do it…
- Start or join a Zoom meeting.
- Navigate to the Share Screen icon on your Meetings Control bar.
- Go to the Advanced tab and click Slides as Virtual Background. Once it is highlighted in blue, click Share.
- A file browser window will open. Navigate to the PowerPoint deck you want to use as a Virtual Background. Click Open.
