Activities to handle applications
Before starting with including the activities in our workflow, it is suggested that you get familiarized with different activities that are available in the Activities panel of the Workflow perspective. The display of the activities in the Activities panel is in context to the selection in the Designer panel—that is, you will see the activities will change as per selection in the Designer panel. When you open the workflow, the Activities includes all the activities that you can use or drag and drop to the workflow canvas.
To execute the Vendor Invoice Posting business process, we need to start the SAP Logon application first, execute the steps on all pages that we captured, and then close the SAP Logon application at the end of the business process execution.
