Hyperautomation is the first and one of the most important trends in Gartner's "Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2020."Â Gartner suggests using a wider spectrum of tools beyond RPA for automation. Along with RPA, Gartner recommends using intelligent Business Process Management Suites (iBPMSes), integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) platforms, and decision management systems. Including these tools, which provide an orchestration layer, Gartner suggests using technologies such as process mining, ingestion engines, OCR, computer vision, analytics, user experience, and Machine Learning (ML).
