Receiving and scoring consumer feedback
When a user interacts with a web application or similar medium, they likely have the intention of being as efficient as possible in accomplishing the task they are using the application for. Unfortunately, sometimes, the applications that are provided don’t necessarily provide an interface that helps the user to be as efficient as possible. Web interfaces that require users to hunt for their desired resource and aren’t customized for the user the application is servicing have improved in recent years, but they are still lacking oftentimes. Further, with the passing of the GDPR a few years back, it’s becoming more and more difficult to handle all the user session information in a simple cookie. Because of the requirement for users to opt in to allow cookies on their browser, previous settings and interactions may be lost or become unavailable, rendering traditional methods of storing information about users limited.
