So far, we’ve worked on things that are pretty limited as far as human interaction goes – you create a file, start a process, send an email, and then hand it off to an app or a flow and wait for a result. It can be great.
However, when dealing with people sometimes a little more is needed – such as some level of response and follow-up, someone (or something) that can understand their questions – even if they’re not exactly phrased in the right way.
