As part of our process of designing a sales management integration, we take the business use cases that we identified in the last section and convert them to new integration workflows.
The preceding diagram shows the new integration workflows that we need to support in order to address the issues the sales team have identified. We will now explore them in more detail. They offer:

When CRM sales users wish to create a quote or an order for a customer, they need to leave their CRM application and open up their ERP application. This can be frustrating. With the new integration, the sales workflow can be changed in CRM so that the user will be able to click on a button to open up a quote or order entry screen and create a quote or order from within the CRM application.
