Chapter 4. How to Build a Sales Management Integration
The previous chapter covered the design of a contact management integration. In this chapter, we will build on this by adding a sales management integration for sales users.
We will use real-world scenarios for our fictional company, RideRight Bike Parts Company, to build up the use cases. We will then design CRM-integrated workflows for those use cases.
In the workshop at the end of the chapter, we will go over some additional advanced use cases.
