In this chapter, we learned how to create various reports using Jira plugins, and understood the purpose for each type. We saw how reports help in monitoring and controlling testing activities.Â
As we know, reporting serves as a great communication tool to provide insights about a project throughout the project development life cycle. Hence, it is essential that the project team and management understand its importance and find ways to utilize essential reports for their projects appropriately.
In the next chapter, we will explore how third-party automated testing tools can be integrated with Jira to manage automated test cases.
